The event is for executives and legal and risk management professionals from a wide array of industries, including banking, finance, private equity, commodities, real estate, media, technology and hospitality.

Presentation topics will include:

  • Managing cyber risk in acquisitions and beyond
  • Reps and warranties insurance as an acquisition risk management tool
  • The Regulator’s View: New York’s 2025 priorities for the financial services sector

I will be part of the “Acquisition Risk” panel discussion. My fellow panelists will be Greg Van Houten of Haynes Boone; Aaron Eisenberg of Evercore; and Keegan T. Lopez of Simpson Thacher.

You can find the full agenda here. I hope to see you in New York!
