Chris Monahan leads KCIC’s Chicago office, handling both business development and marketing responsibilities as well as claims management and analysis for new and existing clients.
Chris has deep experience that shows in how he can anticipate clients’ future needs. He works with claims management clients to migrate their complex data, serving as their liaison with KCIC’s development team to assure the most efficient, effective, and useful solution. He also oversees KCIC’s analyst team, which processes all new litigation complaints for clients.
When it comes to complex analysis of claims and insurance, as far as Chris is concerned: the messier the data and the shorter the deadline, the better. “I’m able to stay calm, keep my team focused, and deliver a superior result for our client,” he says. “I truly enjoy projects with tons of data in many different forms that seem overwhelming.”
Chris is originally from Northern Virginia and grew up a Phillies fan, but he’s begun to embrace Chicago as his new home. In addition to the Phillies, he now cheers for both the Cubs and the Blackhawks, and he’s training to run the Chicago Marathon — in addition to simply exploring the city. “My wife and I love going to the different neighborhoods and enjoying all the city has to offer.”
